Yes. Free Welcomly hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, and backups are included in the build fee. Care is not a hosting fee. Care is optional help with practical updates, link checks, and small content changes.
Yes. Your site is yours. You can request the source code and simple instructions, manage changes yourself, or ask Welcomly for one-off updates at €25 per update. If you cancel Care, your site keeps running free.
Only when your site is ready. You start by submitting a short intake form — no upfront cost. We build your site, present it to you, and payment via Stripe is requested only once you're happy with what you see. Welcomly Care, if you choose it, is billed separately on a monthly or annual basis from launch.
Each site is built for one property. We offer 20% off a second guide and 25% off each additional guide for three or more properties. Care plans are priced per property.
