We build your site, present it to you, and payment via Stripe is requested only once you're happy with what you see. Welcomly Care (if you choose it) is billed separately on a monthly or annual basis from the day your site goes live.
No — it's entirely optional. Your site is yours. You can self-host it on any platform you choose, or take over management yourself. Care is for hosts who'd rather spend their energy on their guests than their website. If you cancel, we provide everything you need to host independently.
Any change to the site's content — a new WiFi password, updated check-in instructions, a restaurant that's changed hours, a new local recommendation, or a corrected map link. Guide Care includes 2 updates per year. Destination Care includes 4 updates per year. Most updates are turned around within one business day.
None. We build, publish, and host everything. If you're on Welcomly Care, all updates are handled by us — just send an email or WhatsApp. If you prefer to self-manage, we hand you the code and full instructions.
No — the intake form captures everything we need. Most hosts complete it in under an hour at their own pace. A call is available if you'd like one, but it's entirely optional.
Each site is built for one property. We offer 20% off a second site at the same tier. Three or more properties: 25% off each additional site at the same tier. Care plans are priced per property.
A standard web link — share it in your Airbnb welcome message, or display a QR code in the property. QR artwork is included with The Destination Guide and available as a simple add-on for The Guest Guide. No app. No login. No friction.
