Information we collect
When you contact Welcomly or submit an intake, we may collect your name, email address, property name, listing URL, property location, package preference, project notes, public listing details, photos or photo links, house rules, WiFi details, arrival instructions, access notes, local recommendations, and other content needed to create your guest welcome site.
We do not collect guest payment card details. When payment is required, we send a separate Stripe payment link after you approve your finished site.
How we use information
- To review your enquiry and recommend the right Welcomly tier.
- To draft, design, build, publish, and revise your guest welcome site.
- To provide optional Welcomly Care updates, hosting, support, backups, and link checks.
- To respond to questions and keep a clear project record.
- To improve the intake and delivery process for future hosts.
Public listing details
If you paste an Airbnb listing URL, Welcomly may attempt to read publicly available listing information such as the property name, description, amenities, house rules, and public image URLs. If the fetch is blocked or incomplete, you can enter details manually.
Private host details
Some intake fields are intentionally private, such as WiFi credentials, access codes, backup contacts, and specific arrival instructions. We use these details only to create the guide you requested. You should avoid sending anything that guests should not see in the final welcome site.
Service providers
Welcomly uses third-party services to operate the site and deliver the service, including Netlify for hosting and form handling, Stripe for payment links, and email tools for communication. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.
Retention
We keep project information for as long as needed to deliver the guide, provide support, manage optional Care updates, and maintain a reasonable business record. You can ask us to delete project information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information you have provided. Email hello@welcomly.org with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond as soon as practical.
