Service Terms

Terms of Service

These terms describe how Welcomly guest guide projects work, including intake, delivery, revisions, payment, optional Care plans, and host responsibilities.

Last updated: 28 May 2026. This plain-English draft should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as formal legal advice.

Welcomly service

Welcomly creates digital guest welcome sites for Airbnb and vacation rental hosts. The service is currently done-for-you: hosts provide project information, Welcomly drafts and builds the guide, and the host reviews the finished work before payment is requested.

Packages and delivery

Welcomly offers two core build packages: The Guest Guide and The Destination Guide. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on complete intake details, host responsiveness, photo availability, and the scope of requested revisions.

Payment

There is no upfront payment collected through the intake form. Payment is requested by secure Stripe link after the guide is ready for review and the host is happy to proceed. If a project scope changes materially after intake, Welcomly may confirm revised pricing before continuing.

Revisions

The Guest Guide includes one revision round. The Destination Guide includes two revision rounds. A revision round covers reasonable content, layout, and link changes within the agreed package. New sections, new languages, additional properties, or major changes to the original brief may require a separate quote.

Host responsibilities

  • Provide accurate property, access, safety, and local recommendation details.
  • Confirm that you have permission to use any photos, copy, brand names, or listing material you provide.
  • Review the finished site before sharing it with guests.
  • Keep guest-facing details accurate, especially access codes, WiFi, safety information, local links, and emergency contacts.

Welcomly Care

Welcomly Care is optional. Care may include hosting, monitoring, backups, support, and a set number of content updates per year depending on the selected plan. Care can be cancelled, but cancellation may require the host to self-host or arrange alternative hosting for the guide.

Ownership and hosting

After payment, the host may use the finished guide for the relevant property. Welcomly may retain reusable design patterns, template structures, workflows, and non-confidential know-how. If the host self-hosts, Welcomly is not responsible for the performance or security of the host's chosen hosting setup.

Third-party services

Guest guide projects may include links to Airbnb, maps, restaurants, booking platforms, transport providers, and other third-party sites. Welcomly is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or changes after publication.

Start with the brief.

Welcomly asks for project details first, builds the guide, and only requests payment when your site is ready.
